Hi to all,
I have worked in an Indian reputed company for almost 2 years. Actually, I took a one month leave as my health is not good and the same has been informed to manager and HR as well. Once I come back to the office, they made me to sit for a week without any work and one fine day, HR team asked to come to d discussion room and forced me to put down my papers and said to me write the resignation date as March 1st so that u need to serve 2 more months. I just wrote manually on a paper and gave that to them. I relived now and got another opportunity. now I didn't have resignation acceptance letter. However I got F&F letter in which employment details like joining date resignation date relived date and tenure of experience. Now am asking my employer for the experience letter, hr doesn't respond and even not telling when they can give. Now my new employer is asking me that letter immediately since it's been 2 months I joined. So now what should I do ..pls advise

Dear friend,
I recommend you personally visiting the HR Department and explain your situation. A personal meeting always pays off. As of now, this solution is sufficient. If the HR still remains inclement, then we will see what to do further. While meeting HR, please be polite and cajole them if required.
