i have a issue before that let me brief detail about me.my gradutaion year is 2014 with some backlogs i cleared in 2017.coming to the question.i'm working in xyz company and i got a offer in abc company.for that i put some fake experience from 123 company.
i have a pf account in xyz with 2.4 years old and i withdrawn that money 4 months back.i have uan number that links with only aadhar not pancard.can i create a new uan number.if not please help me out this."before answering me please read below story"
[im good in one technical domain. after my graduation i tried to some companies with my backlogs my badluck but i didnt recieve a call.on that time i used to work as a delivery boy and also teaching to my friends about technical stuff to get a job they got but no job for me. after one year i joined in a small worthless company as a edp with no work[not related to my domain]with 8k salary.after getting my graduation i tried with genuine skills and genuine experience no one hired.even if i get a call they ask me about my company and avoided for interview schedule for 2 years i got same problem.after that i put some fake experience and i got a job.i know this is wrong but as a skilled candidate i dont have a choice.and this is the only option to get a job.]

Submission of fake certificate is not right and ethical whatsoever justification you have. If your Aadhar is already linked with your old Office UAN number then your new employer will not be able to allot new UAN, and they website will shows the availability of last UAN.
