Hi,
Normally all Freshers will start from mundane bottom line like filing of papers, attendance entry into system, leave card updation etc. However you have started your career little higher level which is really good. What you ever do learn from it which is going to be value addition of your knowledge. As it is going to be one year contract complete the assignment and try to get exposed all segments of HR and emerge as a Generalist HR. Wish you all the best !
Thank you sir, your response was informative.
