I work as an HR for one of the wind industry, i need to prepare a career path for the department which performs multiple functions, i need to construct a career path for the same.
my doubt is how do i formulate the career path of an employee making sure he possess the knowledge of not just his functions but also the other functions of the departments so that when he is in the top position he should have the knowledge of the whole departments and not just his function alone.
