Incentive policy for other staff
Hi i have to design an incentive policy for support staff like admin / finance / and those not directly linked with sales. this is for an organization in the service industry reward points. i can only think of parameters of turnaround times error free transactions but i am unable to put it into words nor am i able to come up with other parameters. i have also considered linking the back office work with the front end sales where one something like delivery of a letter affects the outcome thereby the revenue. i don t know if i am on the right track. any suggestions? regards ryan

Dear all my question is related to competency models. as per my knowledge there are eight competency models/frameworks: 1. organizational competency based competency model 2. commitment & competence based competency model 3. 5level competency model 4. job based competency model 5. generic & specific competency model 6. managerial behavioral & functional competency based model 7. organizational goal linked competency model 8. technical & behavioral competency model for nonmanagerial staff can anyone help me comparing and contrasting all the above models and recommend which model is best suited to be used as framework for competency identification/competency profiling for management staff for an it company and why? i am looking forward for your response as i am in mid of completing my assignment for the same and need your help now. regards
