Is there any rule that we have to print a certain number of pages as an offer letter?

Hi,
you can follow the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 if the strength of your company is 100 or more.

Hi,
There is no statutory norms involved in issuing offer letter. Offer letters are company specific. Normally offer letters will not be very elaborate like appointment order. Some Companies email the offer letter as PDF and some companies send the offer itself in the email.
