Have taken an undertaking to serve my present employer
I have given an undertaking to my present employer to work for 3 years and i am still on probation probation period is 2 yrs. i have completed 1 year and 10 months. i submitted my resignation and the employer has not accepted the same and will not give me the releiving letter. will it be illegal if i join the new employer after the current employer rejects my resignation? how seriously legal is the undertaking i have given?
Early release approved but company deducted the payback amount
Hi all i resigned from mnc company and requested for early release. notice period was 3 months. my manager approved the request and as per requested date i got exit from company. i got released 20 days earlier . after few days i received fnf amount n mail where i found the amount was deducted stating as payback. about payback i was not informed by anyone. so was that hr responsibity to inform about deduction and share the details ? can i claim for the deducted amount.? also as per policy the payback should be deducted as per gross but they deducted as per ctc. please help me and thank you for your time

Resignation without appointment letter
I had joined a company in june this year i was under probation for 6 months. at time of joining i was given only an general offer letter wherein nothing was mentioned about serving a notice period. i didnt got any appointment letter till now and i choose to resign thru email without giving any notice period. thou the hr had accepted it but they are asking me to payback my last earned salary. am i bound to listen them? can i get a relieving letter without paying the notice pay? can they take any legal action against me?
Employers is not giving me releasing letter.
Just a few days back my 6 months of probation period is over but yet i didn t get my employment confirmation. i am mentally harassed for these probation period and now i have decided to leave immideatly and put my resignation mail on 8th dec 2022. there is no compulsion for serving 3 months of notice period as mentioned in my agreement letteri have recorded my hr s audio supporting this fact. i agree to their terms of paying back my 6 months of probation period salary. despite all i am forced to stay here for 3 months as notice period and also pay back the 6 months of probation period salary. i want to be released immediately from my company and get all the necessary documents and i am agree to pay my probation period salary and don t want them to harras me in future in any means.
Resignation after completion of probation period
Hi i presently work in noida with software firm ..i was on 6 month probation period from feb 15 till 31st july. so now i completed my probation period and not signed any other documents such as probation extension agreement or not accepted any letter stating permanent employed agreement... my question is that if i resign now do i need to serve any notice period bcoz my employer had 2 moth notice period while in probation but my probation period is over... thanks
