i have one employee who is left the job without any resignation and any information so what can we do for that
but the thing is that he has left job after salary immediate so we have not any option to hold his salary,and he is not so old to my company that we can hold any other things so please guys give me suggestion what i have to do for this

Hi Kirit,
Yes the practice of employees leaving the job without any information (absconding) has become very common. For such employees, employer has to follow the disciplinary process and to serve termination letter after warning process. In case, in future, if those employees were required to submit any proof about employment to any Govt agencies during such time they will regret for their past decisions.
On the other hand from employer side if the number of employees absconding is on the higher side, employer should also analyze the reason behind it like work environment, late work hours etc.

but what about that type of employee who have to left the job next day of the salary deposit
we have to call them for any reason but they have to tell us sorry i am not able to work in your company or some one has tell us my father has tell me its long distance don't go there
and we have not any employee to provide department immediate

Yes, sourcing replacement immediately for such absconded cases is tough task. If you have received any Back ground verification email for your ex-employee, you may circulate it among all employees and make them understand the importance of proper resignation with notice period and in case of absconding how it will have adverse impact with their future employer.
