Hi, I am a graduate and currently exploring job opportunity but could not get through - It is either because of my Notice period i.e. 60 Days or my qualification. Kindly suggest.

Hi,
Your question is not brief. What is your total years of experience and what is your area of expertise.
Qualification criteria for the HR candidate vary from company to company while some give importance to years of practical experience some combine both experience and qualification. Enhancing your qualification will increase the probability of getting a job.
60 days notice period is also a setback but if you prove your competency employer may not mind to wait.
Keep trying one day you will succeed.

You have good experience, notice period might be a problem.
Keep trying for new job and try to mention notice period "negotiable" this may increase your chance of getting job.
Don't loose hope. All the best!
