I am running ngo and willing to enrol maids in ESI benefits. Under ESI clause, if daily worker salary is below 131 per day, no employee contribution required. Can I enrol them under ESI. Is there any hindrances to it. They all will be getting salaries on our ngo rolls and will keep on working where they are currently...please guide.
