Yes. Employee is eligible for gratuity since he has completed 240 days in last year. As per Gratuity law, employee is deemed to have completed one year if he puts in continuous service of 240 days in that year.

Yes ....I agree with Mr.Manish Gadre said, the employee is eligible for Gratuity, as per Gratuity Act if the employees works for a period of 4 years 240 days he/she shall be entitled for gratuity.
