Sir,
we had paid pf payment to deleted challan instead of newly created challan. (but amount and details were same for both) we created new challan in our portal by thinking old challan was wrong. but payment has been made to old challan itself which was kept with just First approved in our bank.
The payment got approved in bank and we got the payment receipt from the bank for the payment made. But in our PF portal only new challan available with the status of Payment failed.
Please suggest us to how to resovle that in our portal.

Hi Prabhu,
In such case first you have to apply for ECR rejection. once pf office accept your request they will return your paid contribution.
After that you can resubmit the contribution on new challan.

hi @Rahulsindhwan,
we approached the PF office, they simple told that you had made payment correctly, only thing is that challan was deleted in your pf portal, hence dont worry. no need to pay for second challan. just send a mail to PF feedback Id.
As per their instruction, we mailed to PF feedback. today morning our first challan was automatically updated and payment receipt was available in our portal now against our first payment itself. hence now problem has been solved. we just deleted the second created challan.
I suggest always go to PF office before we decide anything
