we approached the PF office, they simple told that you had made payment correctly, only thing is that challan was deleted in your pf portal, hence dont worry. no need to pay for second challan. just send a mail to PF feedback Id.
As per their instruction, we mailed to PF feedback. today morning our first challan was automatically updated and payment receipt was available in our portal now against our first payment itself. hence now problem has been solved. we just deleted the second created challan.
I suggest always go to PF office before we decide anything
