PF, ESI Not providing, No Employee safety, Not Pay out for Overtime

Hi, I am working in Pvt company, it has 80+ employees and we are working more then 45 hrs a week, and company not providing OT, Not providing PF, ESI too, and also no employee safety, could help me to take a right action so that a huge employees life's can be benefited. thank you so much in advance

48 hrs per week is normal as per Indian labor rules
for other facilities, workmen has to discuss the issues with employer
grievances can be made to concerned authority but it may not favor much to employees, unless they are in good terms with employer
