How to change my name in UAN as it is linked to Aadhar and is not allowing to change

mandatory document are aadhar and bank account. PAN is mandatory If your service less than five years and total contribution is more than rs. 50000/. other wise no need to submit PAN.
If yes then Update your PAN in pf and submit online claim form with scanned copy of 15-G.
