Respected sir,
1, PF_PMRPY Late payment recovery fee Total = Rs. 24,084 /-
2. Last week we have visited PF office regarding PMRPY charges. Since they said that, If any payment after due date the charges will be applicable.
3. However we have paid late only 3 times late, But they are claiming for 17 times.
4. We have send an email to PMRPY but there is no response from them.
5. In the PF website they clearly mention that, the company those who have not paid the recovery amount. The company will not get the PMRPY benefits.
Please guide me to resolve this problem.

it may be that few employees has past EPF account and they got disqualified and deactivated from pmrpy and department has initiated recovery of those employees portion of pmrpy benefit

Yes. there is a PMRPY recovery challan generated in EPF login. There is also a notification stating that, the benefit will be passed if EPF payment is made within due date i.e; 15th of the succeeding month.
Now that, untill the recovery challan is not paid, the benefit will not be passed. And, more the delay in paying recovery challan, the 7Q & 14B will increase everyday.
The recovery of 12% benefit amount is justified but charging 7Q and 14B is not serving the purpose of the scheme of benefiting the Employers.

we availed PMRPY amount from government companies, but now they asked us to refund the PMRPY amount to them. Since already paid government 12% pmrpy amount, why should availed this benefit from PMRPY.

Yes, same is with us , we paid the recovery amount & now the portal is asking to generate 14b & 7Q which is about 8000/-.. definitely not justified. we have done all the payments before 15..
