Left company on last day of probation with one day notice, but on appointment letter, no notice period was mentioned.
Still company has put my previous month salary on hold . what should i do , now its over 1 month

Its not ethical to leave an organisation without giving time to breath. Has your resignation accepted by the company, please speak to them and resolve amicably
i got revert as they no longer need my services on mail ,but still they have put it on hold ,also showed interest to provide notice period ,but they say ,not required . then also have put salary on hold. everything is on mail.
In such scenario you can send mail to the HR asking for your FnF, if they have kept it in hold, then the reason for such hold as they do not require your services and your notice period.
wht will be the process to obtain my FnF also my previous month salary .
as the owner has asked for NOC from technical manager,whereas technical manager has already mentioned in the trail mail about services not required .
Based on that email of Technical Manager, write a mail to the owner for your FnF
