Hi, I am working in Education- E-learning industry, regarding minimum wages we have 12 employees working at salary of 9400 gross, for IT engineer profile. I had got intimation for the same in the month of Feb 2019 mid, however i discussed with management about the same they are not convinced about the category i.e semi skilled employee - min wage is 9,504/- . hence it is left pending for revision of salary since January 2019. Now we have query from auditor for the same
Can anyone please help me with this what can be done for the revision of salary from January 2019. what measures can we take for this?
