I am an HR INTERN at Advisory Firm and this is the task given to me to take exit interview of an intern. Please help to provide the same. I will be glad.
The purpose of Exit interview is to find out the reasons behind employee resignation and to identify any improvements in employment practice that could be made. Exit interview questions differ from Company to Company.

I second the opinion shared by Mr V.M.Lakshminarayanan.
Exit interviews are conducted to understand the real fact as to why an employee is moving out from the organisation. These kind of interviews are confidential and are used as a developmental feedback to improve work culture and conditions.
