Hi, I am working in Ahmedabad in NBFC that is registered with RBI. I had a doubt to be cleared regarding the ESI applicability.
Currently we are having total staff of 10 (mix salaries - some below 21k and some above 21k) and next month it will be around 13-14 staff. So, for ESI registration -
1) Does it require all 10 staff whose salary is below 21k ?
OR
2) Does it require in total 10 staff with mix salaries ?
