My ex employer has not contributed some part of employer share in EPS , instead they have contributed full employer share in EPF only. Due to this , when i applied for PF transfer to my new company pf account it gets rejected 2 times.
Rejection Reason: "PREVIOUS TRANSFER IN RECD. EPS NOT DEDUCTED BY ACCENTURE"

Hi Bhagyashree,
I am also facing the same issue. I am also an Ex- employee of accenture, Mumbai. I left organization in Sep 2019. is your issue resolved? how did u go about resolving the issue?can you email me for further communication?

From Germany, Seligenstadt
I too have same issue.
Anybody got this issue resolved? I am chasing the Accenture PF team for months now. They say they are doing something about it, but god only knows what they are doing.
If someone knows, I would want to know why this problem is occurring in the first place. I have worked with different organisations in past, there too I transferred my PF and that was swift. What might be the issue here? Curious to know.

HI,
I am also an ex-employee of Accenture and trying to transfer PF to my current employer.
Facing the same. Accenture says they are working on the revised ECR form & they will submit to PF office& has asked me to wait till Nov 2020. Now they have extended the wait time till Apr 2021. Not completely sure what is happening and when this will get fixed.

Hi Team, I have a similar issue. Your Claim has been rejected due to : 1) ONLINE CLAIM REJECT AS PREVIOUS TRANSFER IN RECD BUT EPS NOT DEDUCTED BY ESTT RESUMBIT AFTER ECR REV 2) CLAIM ALREADY SETTLED

I am facing this same issue since 2018. I applied at least 6 times and everytime it was rejected. PF team of Accenture is good for nothing. It's our money and we all need in these tough COVID times. Handling of this PF saga has totally changed my perception about large corporations like ACN. Even after a tweet , nothing change.

I am wondering why you guys have not filed a complaint with the PF department against the company? I am sure the enforcement wing will take action.

There was one circular from EPFO dated 23.08.2014 No. Acturial/18 (2)2008/Vol.III/7738 on Subject - Gazette Notification providing for increase in wage ceiling under EPS, 1995 from Rs.6500/- to Rs.15,000/- which shall come into force on and from the 1st day of Sept.2014.

In the same circular at point no.8 it is mentioned - "As EPS will henceforth apply only to EPF members whose pay at the time of becoming PF member is not more than Rs. 15,000/- per month on or after 01.09.2014 the entire employer and employee contribution shall remain in the Provident Fund and no diversion to EPS shall be made for all new PF members on or after 01.09.2014 having salary more than 15,000/- at the time of joining. This must be ensured as any negligence on this issue may lead to unwarranted litigations"

Requesting all above to check their individual case history. There are issues with employer also where employer by mistake discontinue the EPS membership of some employees who have joined from other organization on or after 01.09.2014 and PF Gross was more than Rs.15,000/- per month. If the employee was earlier EPS member and at the time of joining new organization the PF Gross is more than Rs.15,000/- per month, the employee will continue as EPS member.

I have also noticed that some PF district offices are ignore about the circular. I have already uploaded the circular at Citehr before or you may check it from EPFO site for the year 2014-15.

Please remember that this will be applicable for those employees who have joined on or after 01.09.2014 as first time employee or earlier member of EPS and withdraw all money from EPFO for higher education, marriage etc reason with Basic and DA more than Rs. 15,000/- per month.
