In our Company one member has completed 58 year and more than 10 years services. looking his fitness we will continue his service in Company.( both share will go in his Account)
on the above mentioned subject he can do claim for pension and being a member in EPFO?
Any other effect will come on Company by other Act or Law.
What should we do,

So long as he is fit to work there is nothing wrong in allowing him to continue even after retirement. If under ESI, naturally, he should be given ESI coverage.
