Dear Seniors I need clarity on this topic "Annual Report on Sexual Harassment law". Recently we got to know that every pvt Ltd firm required to file an annual report related to sexual harassment law. Is it mandatory? If Yes, what will be the format of this report? And what will be the procedure, and do we need to submit this comply with in the annual reports?

Filing Annual Reports under the Provisions of SHWW (P,P &R) Act 2013 are Mandatory failing which Penalties are prescribed. The Annual Report Filing is as undermentioned:
1. Under Section- 21 of the said Act of 2013 the A R for Calendar Year to be pepared by the Internal Committee and
to be Filed before the District Office notified under Section-5 of the said Act;
2. A Copy of the IC Annual Report for each Calendar year is to be forwarded to the Employer/Head of Establishment who in turn shall incorporate the Data/ Details in the Annual Report of the Company's to be Filed before the ROC;
2. The Headings for the AR is provided in Rule-14 of the SHWW (P,P &R) Rules 2013 gazetted on 9.12.2013;
3. Every Employer of Every Workplace in organized Sector with Ten and more Workes at the Worplace is required to Constitute the Internal Committee;
