Greetings of the day,
I am a HR Executive in a IT start-up company. We are in the process of forming HR Policies. I need to know the detailed policies and rule regulations related to Employment contract, leave policy, employee handbook in a private company as per labor law.
I got stuck with multiple questions specifically:
*Minimum leaves a year, * how many of each kind of leave? *what are the rules about clubbing different types of leaves? *Any other general rules to follow regarding leaves?
Request you to please help me out. I am in urgent need, and a new member to Cite HR.

The formation of HR Policies is a critical process and you have to build an Organisation and its culture forever. You must understand the Business need fist and then develop future policies.
Further to it, you are also talking about the compliance part, it is better to suggest your employer to keep an Expert / Advisor for some time to support you for such an important assignment.
Sometimes the consequences of the small mistakes are irreparable.
