Gratuity not yet received after almost 4 months release from company - how i can approach?

Hi, This is Srinu,, I was worked in a software company for 7 years and i was released from that organization. Almost 4 months crossed from my date of release still I did not get gratuity. I communicating them by mail , they said we will wait for final from LIC. Please guide me how i can approach?

Dear Friend,
It does not take long time to get money from LIC, I think they are deliberately doing this. Yo just write a mail to the senior management stating your concern henceforth, they do not listen then you may approach legally.
