If company is paying Salary of
BASIC SALARY 10000
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE 4000
MONTHLY PROJECT PERFORMANCE BONUS 6000 and yearly bonus 90000 (once in an Year ).
How much company should pay As Maternity benefit=(10000+4000+6000)*6
or (10000+6000)*6
or 10000*6
and how much company need to pay as yearly Bonus 90000 or 45000


Hi, All fixed salary components needs to be paid as Maternity Benefit to the employee.
