Date of joining wrong in esic portal

In my company,there are four employee’s his joining date is 1.aug.2018 in ESIC portal but his joinig date in company is 17.may2018. i want to pay all payments in ESIC.

mishandling is done by the concerned staff from employer side, and as the joining date has crossed the half yearly span twice, it can not be changed by self, but the employer can approach the regional office with request to make changes
