My wife has an offer letter from Infosys. Her previous company is closed and named as fraud. She left the company after maternity leave with due formalities. Also, she has received relieving letter too. Now, Infy says this experience will not get counted and might lead to her termination. Immediately after background verification. What am I supposed to do? Please suggest.

Better not to join but to find out the next employer. You cannot challenge the decision of a company before you have entered into a contract of employment.Even after entering into a contract which may specify termination during probation, you will be helpless if the company takes a step to terminate you during probation without stating the reason for termination and causing any stigma.
