I have been repeatedly trying to transfer amount from previous account, but every time after entering all the details, the OTP button is disabled. All my contact details are updated properly, yet unable to click on the "get OTP" button.
Please help in resolving this matter.

if details match and aadhar is verified successfully in any of the account (old or new) then only the button works

Dear Friend,
If you look at the date of your joining and the date of exit, then you will know that your company has mentioned wrongly , due to this reason your PF transfer can not be processed.
If you leave a company and join a new company, then your joining date must be after the old company's last working date!
Old Company exit date is 30/07/2018 and new company joined date is 02/07/2018.
It can only be corrected through the EPFO office.
