Dear Members, Can anyone tell me what are the forms required to be submitted by IT companies for fulfilment of Labor law compliance?

HI ,
There are various forms and returns to be followed, first of all you need to ensure compliance under shops and establishment act.
You need to fulfill the compliance norms as per the respective state Act/legislation and rules made there under.
There are Attendance cum wage register if it is Maharashtra its form II rule 27 under Minimum wages act.
Register under Maternity benefit act
Accident register
Overtime register
Notice of opening under Gratuity act , Notice of working hours to be displayed , Return under POSH, Return under employment exchange registration code,
There are various other details to be monitored and maintained under compliance requirement.
