Friends,
Govt of Karnataka vide notification dated 25.5.2019 has exempted IT units in Karnataka from Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act for further period of 5 years. Pl refer brief analysis of the same in attached article.

I can say, it is a bad move by the Govt of Karnataka. This will benefit the employer and bring suffering for the employees in IT industries of the state.
