An employee who joined the delear based company as salse traniee and confirmed after one year . Next 3 years employee earned incentives as per the incentives schme introduced by the main company Employees were given traning on salsw pramotion by the main company . Incentives were transdered by the main company which was distributed to the employees by the employer . Now after resignations the due earned incentives is being denied by both the company . Both the companies are shifting the responsibility on each other. Emplyee is depraiving from the hard earned money . Any solutions. Regards and thanks in advance .Anil Malik

What was the employment terms ? Is there any mention of incentive eligibility in the appointment order. ? Is the employee received any written communication from the employer about the accrued bonus with actual incentive accrued as on date. Whether incentive was reflected in monthly payslip ? Based on the above we can suggest whether it can be claimed or not.
