In the time of ESIC Registration it is mandatory to select specific ESIC Dispensary in the portal. As there, more of our employees be provide/ chooses a specific dispensary nearest to their home. However at the time of Dispensary Registration at ESIC MB Office they have been selected us another specific dispensary manually on the E-Pehchan Card. All employees are getting ESIC treatment in that way. But in the portal we could not update the new dispensary which was selected by the MB Office.
Please suggest how can we update the new dispensary.

if employees are not facing any trouble to get the treatment / benefit then employer has no issue to making updates,
if employees are facing trouble then they have to visit the target Dispensary and get them enrolled there, it will get updated by the ESIC dispensary itself
form ESIC-53 is is available at target dispensary or panel doctor only, as if the target dispensary has empty slots and accepts the IP or family at their list, they can do it directly ( ESIC Nodal dispensary and hospitals do it without any document, just the validated e pahchan card and aadhar is enough)
panel doctors does not have computer access so they issue form ESIC53 to the IP to get it countersigned from employer along with form ESIC 37
form ESIC53 is not a stationary form to be used by employer or general public
