Hi I m resign my job after maternity leave due to my baby health issue.my service duration is 6 years.
1/join time 1 Dec 2013 to resign last date 10 June 2019.I m able for garuity amount or not?
2/ notice period is 1 month if I serve 20 days .what will happen.?10 days is vever from my leave?I m able to received my 20 days notice period amount or not? Plz help me .

You are very much eligible for Gratuity. You can submit a request letter to your employer formally.
With regard to notice period it is based on your employment terms. Whether to serve partial notice and adjusting the balance notice against leave or pay you can check with your employer. Considering your nature of exit I hope your employer will be lenient in your case.
