Dear HRs, We are 27 employee KPO working for UK Clients in Mohali -Punjab.
Currently we are deducting EPF and ESI Only for our 21 accountants, 5 managers and 1 office boy
My Query is what all deductions are mandatory for 27 employees. Do we need to deduct Labour welfare Fund and Professional Tax?
Please guide, if there is any other mandatory things to be follow. Thanking you in anticipation.
