I am providing my account of the contribution to the EPFO. Currently, I am working, and I am not a member of EPFO because my salary is 22,000. I've been working for almost over a year.
In the recent past, the decision of the Honorable Supreme Court has been made regarding the EPFO Pension. Please advise me on whether I should withdraw from EPFO or wait.
1. Period of contribution to the previous company - 22 February 2016 to March 2018
2. Period of contribution to the previous company - August 2013 to December 2015
I am awaiting your answer.

Hi,
Since you were already a contributing member, your current employer is supposed to deduct PF for a basic salary of Rs. 15,000. Nil PF is applicable only for members who were not part of the PF previously. You can request your current employer for PF deduction and transfer your previous PF to the current employer through the UAN login.
