Has any woman employee filed complaint of the sexual harassment in your company or this is just an academic query? In either case, it may be noted that this is not ordinary misconduct that can be handled by issuing the show cause notice. You must tell the "Internal Committee" to investigate the matter under the provisions of Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, 2013.

We have all requirements in place like policy, procedures, Internal Complaint Redressal Committee, Independent member of the committee, quarterly meetings, Annual Reports etc.
It is our norm that all the policies and procedures are reviewed at least annually.
Now we are reviewing our policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplace.
We are added formats of Harassment complaint form, committee report etc. in Annexure of the policy. I am stuck up with format of "Statement of Allegation or show-cause notice" to delinquent or Accused. This letter should be given by Management after it receives inquiry report from Internal Complaint Redressal Committee.
Can you please help me out?
