I am writing this with a hope to get right guidance on the below issue.
The Sales incentive was for the sale done between July 2018 to Dec 2018. ( 6 months)
As per notes mentioned in the incentive circular,
the note number 1. Mentioned - the incentive was to be paid by the end of February 2019. Till date as on 31.05.2019 its not given to any team member.
Also note no 3 said - person leaving the organization will not be eligible for the incentive. His replacement will not be eligible for incentive earned by the previous person.
I had put resignation on March 6, 2019 and served a notice period of one month instead of three months as company mentions in offer letter.
My new employer is buying out the notice period (2 months) which I did not serve and same I have communicated to my previous employer.
Now when I am seeking my full & final settlement from past employer , they are denying to pay me my incentive of amount Rs.90,000/- which was to be paid by end of Feb 2019.
I feel I am needlessly harassed, and I feel like I shall seek legal assistance in this matter.

Greetings!!!
You have shared the company policy but do you have any proof available for achievement against this ? i.e. Email communication, letter or something from company ?
With available proof you can register the matter and prove in court of law.
Nothing wrong to fight against company for your right and earned money. Register a case, you will gate free help from government for this but take care never share original proof with anyone without having another copy.
