I am a student of PGDM (HR & Analytics) 2nd year. I want HRBP as my future Profile but I have got my Summer Internship (2 months) in Talent Acquisition. So I have decided my project title- "understanding the role of employer branding in attracting n retaining of talent" so do employer branding comes under HRBP or if not then please suggest some suitable titles which is both connected to TA & HRBP.

Under umbrella of HRBP; critical role of HR person is to attract the talent and hire them to satify company goal and business objective.
Employer branding in right direction with focus keeping in mind with hiring of talented manpower from similar industry or similar skill set will help in improve in productivity of organization.
