Rejoining work on Saturday as Friday being a weekly off so can this Friday be counted in el or no?

In my factory friday is weekly off so if an employee is applying from leave from previous week saturday to this week thursday and rejoining work on saturday as friday being a weekly off so can this friday be counted in el or no???

Dear Friend,
This is depends on your leave policy , How you are going treat this case but normally if his week off is on Friday and he is joining on Saturday then it should not be count as a leave,If he takes leave on Saturday then it should be counted.
