Hi, In my offer letter written that, I could purchase the notice period.
But in the new letter, they stated that there is url and we have to follow term and condition from here.
This is right way, because they could change the wording on URL anytime.
Please advise.

Hi, Basically Employer has the right to modify/amend their policies, rules and regulations from time to time which will be the standard clause of many Appointment letters. However it is mandatory for the Employer to keep posted of such amendments to their employees either through circular or individual letters. If the weblink is in-house HR portal still employer has to inform employees about changes and they can't keep revising the policies from day to day or case to case

Also they are not showing any date on portal. So we can come to know that this will effect from when. This is valid?

Hi,
Please check your initial appointment letter terms for notice period. Most of the companies provide either notice or gross salary in lieu of notice option. But still based on work /project requirement most employers deny adjustment against salary for want of completion of work.
So if your employer insist for notice and not offering salary adjustment against notice, then please complete your assigned responsibilities and get relieved properly.
It's like a small circle tomorrow you may be compelled to knock your current employer door again for job. So always smooth separation help you to get reemployment, positive feedback during employment verification.
Wish you all the best in your new assignment !
