Hi,
Appraisal/increment letters to Directors /Managing Directors has to be more professional and more motivating. Please try to prepare a draft and share. The letter should thank them for their contribution for the period under review, appreciation about their leadership skills, special accomplishments if any etc.
While I don't have any issues to provide you with a ready made draft, if you try and prepare try that would be more beneficial for you to improve your writing skills.

You could have tried to form few lines at least.
Below is a sample letter. Try to develop some letter with the help of this.
" Dear Mr.____
This year has been eventful and challenging for all us !
We thank you for your continued support and valuable contribution to the Company.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and commendation for all your leadership, passion, commitment and concern to contribute towards growth of this great Organization.
We are delighted to inform you that your annual compensation for the period 2019 to 2020 has been enhanced to _____ with effect from_____as per the break-up attached herewith.
We are confident that you will put in your best efforts in the coming years even more efficiently and in the best interest of the Organization.
The other terms and conditions as per your initial employment letter not covered in this letter remain unchanged.
