Attendance incentive
Dear all i am working in the manufacturing company as a hr exe.. we are giving attendance incentive to our workers who are worked 26 days in a month except weekly off. in june month there is 25 working days & 5 weekly off & in may 2013 there were 27 working days & 4 weekly off. i just want to know attendance incentive is applicable in both months ? please reply with detail... if there is any gazetted holiday then is it applicable or not. plz help. bandna jamwal

I have query regarding installation of attendance machine in our company. our company strength is around 60 and it is a 40 years old company. to maintain attendance of workers we were using attendance cards. to make work easier and more systematically management is planing to instal the attendance machine. my question is which attendance machine is appropriate for my company. whether biometric punching card or etc...what are the advantages of that particular machine and disadvantage of it. please help to find the suitable attendance machine and also of lesser cost one.

How to identify ghost workers
We have a hr software installed in a garment industry. workers are using proximity card for attendance. software is collecting attendance based on data from attendance device. as well as salary also generate based on that attendance. but my client ask me that there are some workers who are really not exist in company. but some group of people creating this worker and taking money from company as salary. so i just want to know how can i identify those worker from software ? please give some advice.

Please anyone clarify the my doubt regarding wage under esi act 1948. we are planning introduce the attendance incentive the staff who are working in production basis on their monthly attendance. they will get the attendance allowance if they touch the mark. please clarify the attendance allowance amount will come under esi wage or not if yes please give the ref no.of the act.
