I am a HR professional and want to get into freelance recruitment. I have overall 3+ years of experience and I am based out of Mumbai. Can someone please help me what all are the requirements and what strategy should be adapted to approach a prospective client.

To start with
1) You should have enormous client base.
2) Please share your freelance recruitment services to all your known circle.
3) Please decide regarding the referral charges whether you are going to collect from the employer side or employee side or both. Decide on replacement clause 6months or more, if you are going to collect from the employer side also.
4) Based on Client base and response from clients regarding their requirement, seek the services of web ports like Naukri or Monster.
5) Follow up candidate vigorously till their joining with the Client office.
6) Corporate office will expect for invoices for payment. Try and provide through your known source, later have your VAT number etc.
7) Regular touch with the Client for requirement is important.
