My company is 4 years old it firm & still they don t have kra s. i have to define kra s for all level s of software engineer i.e. software engineertrainee jr. software engineer software engineer sr. software engineer team leader etc. kra s on same level for android ios php & web designer profile. if somebody have some examples in kra. kindly share them. it s urgent.
