Hello, I have one query. If there is holiday on Monday and someone takes leave on Tuesday. Will it count as sandwich leave?
Saturday : Leave
Sunday : Leave
Monday : Official Holiday
Tuesday : Leave taken
Will it count as sandwich leave?

Please clarify whether Saturday is working day or holiday for your office.
If saturday is holiday and if the employee availed leave on Monday alone then no need need to consider as sandwich leave.
If the employee is on leave from Friday then it has to be considered as sandwich leave (leave from Friday to Tuesday)
