Sir, We are in Bangalore and registered under Karnataka factories act. we have one branch in Kerala(Kochi) started in 2017 having only 2 employees. salary is paying from Bangalore and PF,ESI also under our payroll.
Whether that employees are eligible for Bonus and EL? if yes for both, what will be the rule for leave policy? Can I maintain same leave policy as Bangalore or as per Kerala (branch have only GST registration there). what will be the rule for EL\PL.
