Many private schools not providing any type of leave. No Saturday off.They are providing only national and festival leaves. Is there any right of teacher to take leave without cutting salary( i. e on every leave, he has to pay one day salary every time)

My dear friend, please note that you are into a very noble profession unlike any other types of employees. Your establishment is unlike any Commercial Establishment, this do no come under the purview of Shops & Establishment Act neither covered under the definition of Manufacture under the Factories Act.
Again imagine if the Schools are covered under the Shops and Establishment Act then will you be called as Service provider or seller ? Or will the students be called your consumers under the Consumer Protection Act? It will be very funny!
