Hai Seniors,
Recently attended an Interview Ist round gone nicely but suddenly I don't know unable to attend 2nd round not performed well. The Lead HR said 50% only.
Kindly share your opinion.

This is not going to be the end. Better luck next time. However learn from the past interview where you missed, where you need to refine/improve clarity on your answers.
Next time when you go for interview please prepare yourself in all areas, go through statutory acts (applicability, coverage, percentage, definition of salary etc).

You can browse for important statutory Act like
1. The Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
2. The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948
3.The Payment Of Bonus Act, 1965
4.The Payment Of Gratuity Act, 1972
5.Tamilnadu Shops and Establishment Act 1947
6.The Factories Act, 1948
7.The Trade Unions Act, 1926
8.The Industrial Disputes Act, 1946
9.The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970
10.The Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923
11.Inter State Migrant Workmen( Regulation Of Employment & conditions Of service ) Act, 1979.
Though many stuff available in web many might not have been updated with amendments.
Alternatively you can buy Act books (Statutory act gist all in one book). I trust you are from Chennai. If so, please check with " C.Sitaraman & Co" shop at Royapettah and Thirumangalam.
Please go through and understand the basics first.
