Hi Faternities, I have doubt that when an employer could advise/ask an employee to go on Maternity leave.. Is there any limit whether a pregnant employee can work in an office? I heard from an unknown source that a pregnant employee should not be allowed to work before 25 days of expected delivery date. Also, have the following queries:
> Employer has to pay full pay/monthly salary to employee who is above ESI limit. Is there any official circular regarding this?
> Employer do not need to pay if the employee is registered under ESI instead ESI will pay employee. Will she get full salary or is there any calculation?
I request a proper advise on this matter.
