Dear Sir, My Query is Bonus calculation related and it is : if Basic Rate is 15000 and after considering absent days, Basic Earning is made Rs. 12000 so, how many Bonus should be considered in this case.
1. Earning is 12000 which is higher than 7000 so, bonus is Rs. 1400
2. Bonus 1400/Working Day*Paid Day
which calculation is right as per act let me know.

Dear All,
Now i, am working in a company and there some employee's are working overtime and now my client HR is asking overtime Register for all worker whom working more then 8 Hours may i know how much overtime hours is applicable as per factory act. as per CL(RA) act. as per BOCW act. as per shop and establishment act. if some one have knowledge about that then please suggest me
